I will review messages as quickly as possible, but replies may take time because this is an individually operated fan community. For urgent bugs, include the page URL, device, browser, login state, reproduction steps, and screenshots if possible.
2. What You Can Report
You can report combination data errors, Tower of Frozen Waves guide corrections, missing encyclopedia data, calculator result issues, login problems, problematic posts, advertising questions, collaboration proposals, and privacy access, correction, or deletion requests. For board posts or comments, using the in-site report feature first helps because the exact location and target information are included.
3. Rights-Related Reports
If content needs to be removed or made private because of copyright, trademark, publicity rights, personal information, or defamation concerns, include the problematic URL, information showing that you are the rights holder or representative, the reason for the request, and a reachable email address. Operators may hide or remove posts, check authorship, or request more material when needed.
4. Advertising and Partnership Questions
CookieRunHUB may display ads to support operating costs. Advertising, partnership, and collaboration proposals are reviewed only when they fit the site topic and do not harm user experience. Misleading wording, excessive popups, forced downloads, or ads that could be confused with official game services may be rejected.
