1. Personal Information Processed
CookieRunHUB uses Kakao Login and Google Login through OAuth connections to identify members and provide community features. During login, the site may receive account profile information from each provider, such as nickname or name and profile image, plus a provider member identifier. Service usage information created or entered by users, including posts, comments, ranking records, favorites, notifications, and reports, may also be processed.
2. Purposes of Use
Collected information is used for member identification, displaying post and comment authors, saving favorites and owned items, managing ranking records, providing notifications, preventing abuse, handling reports, improving service quality, and maintaining security. CookieRunHUB does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties beyond the necessary scope without a valid reason.
3. Retention and Deletion
Member information is retained while the service is used and is deleted without delay when withdrawal is requested or the processing purpose is completed, except for the minimum scope required by law or operation. Community trust and operation records, such as posts, comments, and report logs, may be retained for a necessary period for dispute response and service stability.
4. Cookies and Google AdSense
CookieRunHUB may use cookies for login maintenance, user experience improvement, traffic analysis, and advertising. Google, as a third-party vendor, may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and Google's use of advertising cookies is explained in the Google advertising technology policy.
5. Third-Party Provision and Processing
CookieRunHUB uses each provider's OAuth APIs for Kakao and Google login authentication, and Google AdSense may use cookies or advertising identifiers for ad delivery. Except when required by law or separately consented to by the user, CookieRunHUB does not provide personal information to outside parties.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for their personal information. Requests can be sent to the contact email below, and CookieRunHUB will process them within a reasonable period after identity verification.
