Let Alchemist Cookie hit obstacles at least 3–5 times until "EXP Power+" is active, then double jump on the "Item Flask" type to summon blasts. After getting all the EXP, let Alchemist Cookie die to relay. Run until you get the mystery box and the EXP party triggers (you might need to hit an obstacle once).
